Stalactite - Chandelier

Our most recent design creation the Stalactite chandelier draws its inspiration from the textured, convoluted surfaces of cave formations, particularly the Cango Caves, renowned for their enormous stalactites. These icicle-shaped formations hang from cave ceilings, formed over centuries by mineral-laden water dripping through. Each stalactite reflects a story of primordial mineral precipitation, echoing ancient tales etched into cave walls. The Stalactite chandelier meticulously crafts every curvature to mimic these natural formations. Engineered with pleated ball chain curtaining, it layers luxuriously, replicating the rippling striations and intricate textures of stalactite surfaces. Standard models are 1000mm in diameter and are available in suspended or ceiling-mounted options. Designed by Adam Hoets in 2022, the Stalactite chandelier by willowlamp embodies timeless design, inspired by nature’s enduring beauty and craftsmanship.
